What types of staff do you provide?

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

You can work with us on-demand, without long-term commitments.
For recurring or high-volume clients, we offer framework agreements for smoother operations and better rates — completely optional.
What if a staff member isn’t the right fit?
Let us know immediately.
We take responsibility for quality and will replace staff or adjust quickly when needed.

How fast can you provide staff?
In many cases, same-day or next-day staffing is possible. For planned shifts, we recommend booking as early as possible, but our network allows us to move fast when urgency matters.
How are hours tracked and approved?
All shifts are tracked digitally.
After each shift, hours are submitted and approved by you before invoicing.
You only pay for approved, worked hours — nothing more.
Can you help us understand what staff we actually need?
Absolutely.
We often meet clients in person — even just for a coffee — to understand your operation, flow, and standards.
We don’t just send staff. We advise, plan, and optimize.
How does pricing work?
We operate with clear, transparent pricing.
You pay the employee’s hourly wage plus a fixed hourly service fee, depending on your pricing tier.

When and how do we get invoiced?
We invoice weekly or within 48 hours, depending on your preference and agreement.
Invoices are clear, itemized, and sent digitally.
