4. Payment & Invoicing (Clients)

Client invoicing follows approved work hours. Key terms:

  • Invoices are issued weekly or within 48 hours of shift completion
  • Payment is due within 8–14 days of invoice date
  • Late payments may incur fees and interest charges per Danish law
  • All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated

5. Intellectual Property
