Because we believe in one honest hourly rate. Evening rates and weekend uplifts are ways to make the invoice bigger than the quote. We don't do it. The price you see when you book is the price you pay.
The service fee covers the services stated in the specific estimate and current terms. Staff wages, service fee, holiday pay and VAT are shown as separate price lines.
Because holiday pay (12.5%) is statutory under the Danish Ferielov. It's not our fee — it goes straight to the worker's vacation account. We show it as a separate line so you see exactly what's what. Same principle as VAT.
Yes. At 10+ staff our standard service fee drops from 80 DKK/hr to 65 DKK/hr. At 40+ full-time and part-time we have an Enterprise agreement with dedicated account manager and custom pricing.
We require payment before the first shift starts. When you send a request, we create the invoice manually and send it for payment. If you have a tailored agreement with us, net 8 days can be arranged.
