These Terms of Service govern the use of the Copenhagen Staff ApS website and staffing services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Services
Copenhagen Staff ApS provides temporary staffing and recruitment services across hospitality, entertainment, logistics, and related sectors. No guarantee of specific assignment or placement is made to individual workers.
All Staff supplied by Copenhagen Staff will arrive in all-black attire as standard. If the Client requires any other uniform, branded clothing, protective clothing, accessories, or venue-specific outfit, the Client is responsible for providing it and outfitting the Staff member before the assignment begins.
3. User Obligations
Users of our website and services must:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Comply with all applicable Danish and EU laws
- Not misuse the platform or services for unauthorized purposes
- Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
4. Payment & Invoicing (Clients)
Client invoicing follows approved work hours. Key terms:
- Invoices are issued weekly or within 48 hours of shift completion
- Payment is due within 8–14 days of invoice date
- Late payments may incur fees and interest charges per Danish law
- All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Copenhagen Staff ApS and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
Copenhagen Staff ApS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant services, except where Danish law mandates otherwise.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services in cases of misuse, breach of these terms, or violation of applicable law. Notice will be provided where reasonably possible.
8. Modifications
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through our website. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Danish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.
