4. Payment & Invoicing (Clients)
Client invoicing follows approved work hours. Key terms:
- Invoices are issued weekly or within 48 hours of shift completion
- Payment is due within 8–14 days of invoice date
- Late payments may incur fees and interest charges per Danish law
- All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated
5. Intellectual Property
