What most people ask before they book.
Within 1 hour, Monday to Sunday. When you send the request, we review it manually and come back with confirmation and invoice details.
Cancellation requires at least 48 hours’ notice before the first shift. Cancellations inside 48 hours retain 50% of the booking value.
Staff wages (170 DKK/hr default) plus our service fee (65/80/95 DKK/hr depending on volume and role). Holiday pay (12.5%) and VAT (25%) are statutory add-ons shown as separate lines on the invoice.
We send invoices manually, and payment is completed before the first shift. Returning clients can arrange tailored payment terms in writing.
