Yes. Up to 24 hours before the first shift you can change count or dates without fee — just message us. Cancellation under 24 hours covers the full shift wage (the worker has already taken the shift).
Staff wages (170 DKK/hr default) plus our service fee (65/80/95 DKK/hr depending on volume and role). Holiday pay (12.5%) and VAT (25%) are statutory add-ons shown as separate lines on the invoice.
We send invoices manually, and payment is completed before the first shift. Returning clients can arrange tailored payment terms in writing.
