We have 3,000+ staff in our pool and have delivered events with 60+ people on the same day. For the best match we recommend 48 hours' notice on large bookings — but same-day is often possible.

Greater Copenhagen primarily. We also take events in Roskilde, Helsingør, and the Malmö area when needed. Drop us a line if you're outside.

Staff arrive in all-black attire as standard. Any venue-specific uniform, branded clothing, chef whites, protective gear, accessories, or other outfit requirements must be provided by the client, and the client is responsible for outfitting each staff member before the shift.

You send us the essentials at booking (times, tasks, dress code, where they meet, on-site contact). We forward it to each worker 24 hours before the shift. There's always a supervisor on call during the shift.

We have 24/7 backup. If anyone drops out, our supervisor calls immediately and finds a replacement. In practice this happens on under 1% of shifts — and when it does, replacement is on the way within 30 minutes.

Yes. All workers are covered by our employer liability and workplace injury insurance. We also pay ATP, AES, A-tax, and AM-bidrag — we are the legal employer; you are the client.

Yes. If you click well together, we can convert temp to permanent. We charge a one-time recruitment fee and the person moves to your contract. Email us to set it up.

We send invoices manually after reviewing the request. Payment must be completed before the first shift unless otherwise agreed in writing.
