Within 1 hour, Monday to Sunday. We review your enquiry and contact you with a quote. The enquiry is free and there's no commitment — you only book when you accept the quote.
Cancellation requires at least 48 hours’ notice before the first shift. Cancellations inside 48 hours retain 50% of the booking value.
You get more than staff for a shift. You get a team that helps make your staffing work, so you can focus on your guests and day-to-day operations. Our service fee covers:
- Personal support, 24/7. Our staffing coordinators are ready to answer questions, help you plan and handle changes — including outside normal office hours.
- Experienced managers behind your staffing. Get practical advice from our managers on roles, headcount and running the shift, so you do not have to work everything out alone.
- Recruitment and briefing. We find staff for your assignment and make sure they know the arrival time, meeting point, tasks, dress code and contact person before they arrive.
- Administration and follow-up. We handle payroll administration, coordination and quality follow-up. If someone is ill or drops out, our team helps find a solution.
You pay the agreed staff wages, one service fee to us per staff-hour (65/80/95 DKK depending on role and headcount), holiday pay (12.5% of wages) and VAT (25%). Each part is clearly itemised, and the total including VAT shows the complete price.
No hidden fees. No rush charges, extra booking or administration fees, or agency evening and weekend surcharges. Coordination and support are already included in the service fee.
The total in your accepted quote is the final price for the agreed roles, headcount and hours. If your requirements change, we agree the revised price with you beforehand.
We send invoices manually, and payment is completed before the first shift. Returning clients can arrange tailored payment terms in writing.
