A useful cleaning brief includes more than an address and a number of hours. We clarify the rooms, surfaces, priorities and working window to assess suitable staff. You may need routine commercial cleaning, hotel housekeeping or support before and after an event. Materials, machines, access and instructions should be agreed in advance. Explain unusual conditions clearly; specialist treatment and tasks involving particular hazards are not automatically included in general cleaning staffing.

Describe routine cleaning of commercial premises, shared areas, hotel rooms or event clear-up. Specify the actual areas and tasks so we can assess the scope. Work requiring specialist methods, equipment or experience must be agreed separately.
This must be agreed in the brief. Explain which products, machines and protective equipment you provide and any requirements for their use. Booking staff does not automatically include supplying cleaning equipment or consumables.
Yes. Describe room types, shared spaces, expected room numbers and your housekeeping standard. Include linen, key, guest-property and inspection procedures, as well as the person responsible for induction.
Provide the required working window, access arrangements and an on-site contact. We assess availability for that shift. Explain whether the premises will be empty or whether cleaning must take place alongside guests or other operations.
Prepare a task list with priority areas and describe what should be finished by the end of the shift. Agree who checks the result and answers questions. Scope and site conditions determine how much work can reasonably be completed.
