We provide staffing and recruitment services. No guarantee of assignment or placement is made.

3. User Obligations

Users must provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws.

4. Payment & Invoicing (Clients)

• Invoices are issued based on approved hours

• Standard payment terms: 8–14 days

• Late payments may incur fees and interest

5. Liability

Copenhagen Staff is not liable for indirect losses. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service, except where mandatory law applies.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or breach.

7. Governing Law

Danish law applies. Venue: Copenhagen.
