Staff wages start from DKK 169/hour and depend on the role and assignment. Our service fee, holiday pay and VAT are additional. Yes. Describe the cloakroom setup, guest numbers, collection procedure and any practical errands around the event. Separate these tasks from dinner service or bar duties when estimating how many people you need at the same time.

Include the setup, moving, clearing or closing tasks you need and the time allowed for them. We assess the appropriate profiles and agree the assignment. Technical installation, specialist equipment and other specialised tasks need separate agreement.

A lead or supervisor may help coordinate several roles, rooms or shift changes. Share the scale and programme of your event, along with the venue's own management arrangements, so we can assess whether that role belongs in the quote.
